the rectangular serpentine frame in the form of a deep basket, with ‘C’ scroll top rails terminating in foliate carved volutes, over naturalistically carved foliate tapering balustrade, with similarly carved apron, enclosing paneled bottom with remnants of painted scene, the whole raised on cabriole legs with outward scrolling volutes and floral carved knees ending in toupie feet
